A Healing Meditation Retreat:
5 Week Live Virtual Retreat: OCTOBER 17th-NOVEMBER 14TH 2020
World-renowned mindfulness teacher Chris Luard will conduct two 90 minute sessions weekly (Saturday and Wednesday Eve, 7pm PT. 9PM EST) via zoom to guide you into deeper peace, serenity, and joyful awareness.
This unique online retreat offering is appropriate for beginners and advanced meditators alike. Each session will include a practice, discussion, Q&A, and assigned reading.

Week 2: Breath, Body, Sound: Guided meditation using breath, body, and sound Discussion of expanded awareness and meditation on sound Meditation as a pain management technique
Week 3: Opening Our Eyes: Guided meditation with eyes open Discussion of open eye meditation benefits Benefits of not labeling experience
Week 4: Embracing Emotions: Guided meditation with emotions. Discussion of meditating with challenging emotions Finding peace in the midst of struggle.
Week 5: Lovingkindness: Traditional meditation designed to allow one to cultivate lovingkindness for ourself and for others!
Chris Luard has been teaching worldwide since 2009, including centers in Thailand, Colorado, New York, Malaysia, Philippines, and on residency for Celebrity Cruise Lines. He has been studying and practicing meditation for the past thirty years. He has received formal training in Zen, Mahamudra, Dzochen, from the Tibetan traditions, Vipassana and Vedanta from the Indian traditions, and from the more modern American traditions such as Mindfulness and Shambhala.
